(*) This Mongolian Ger is being sold as a cultural art artifact.  Mongolians do live in gers (yurts) similar to this one.  It is of exceptional quality and I believe it to be the best available in Mongolia.  Mongolian Cultural Imports highly encourage you to ask questions, come physically inspect and research this item before buying.  By buying a Mongolian Ger (yurt) the buyer understands that it is a handmade cultural artifact made by artists.  This item is not machine made.  The buyer also enters an agreement that the Mongolian Ger (yurt) is being sold in AS-IS condition.  By buying this Mongolian Ger (yurt) by the buyer constitutes an AGREEMENT that the buyer(s) accept all responsibility on proper pick-up, transportation, correct, safe and proper installation and/or building, correct/proper and safe dismantling, correct and proper dry storage of the ger (yurt).  The seller(s) is without other liability, and the fixing or recovery of any property stored inside the ger (yurt) is the sole responsibility of the buyer(s).  The seller(s) is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages on property/ground that the structure sits on, or the decking built (or size of).  Due to the expectation of prior inspection and education/research  before buying and final sale, the seller(s) offer a refund within 5 days.  Refund will be 100% of what the buyer paid within 5 days. The Mongolian Ger (yurt) must be returned at the buyer’s time and expense to the place of pickup and or sellers storage.  The seller is not responsible for return, pickup, and will not pay for time, gas or transportation for return.  The Mongolian Ger (yurt) must be in the exact unused condition that it was when it left the seller and must be returned in as-new condition.  No express or implied warranty is provided on this Mongolian Ger (yurt), in part or its entirety.  The seller(s) does not imply or express a warranty or merchantability or fitness of the Mongolian Ger (yurt) as a living structure, as this Mongolian Ger (yurt) is being sold as a cultural art artifact.  This item is not fireproof, and you cannot use any items that use any fuel burning, oxygen consuming devices, or any device that produces fumes in this ger.  This Mongolian Ger (yurt) may need to be modified to suit your specific needs, and this is not the responsibility of Mongolian Cultural Imports.  This item or items on this website are not for sale in Los Angeles County, Malibu, or Agoura Hills/Agoura California.  This Mongolian Ger must be stored dry.
